Introductory meeting
The second stage of the process focuses on discussing the profile of the desired candidate, defining key requirements, qualifications, and skills. At the same time, we present our experience and methodology to allow the client to fully understand our recruitment approach. This stage enables the effective matching of candidates who best meet the job requirements.

No later than 24 hours after our meeting, you will receive a personalized offer along with a quote for the process and a description of our methodology.

Needs analysis and job definition
  • In the first stage, we identify your goals, needs, and expectations.
  • We define the job position, specifying the requirements for qualifications, experience, skills, and other important characteristics for the given profile.

Note! This stage is often completed during the initial conversations before the decision to start the collaboration is made.

Clarification of collaboration terms
  • We assign a person who will be your advisor throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • We develop an ideal candidate profile based on the analysis of your needs. This profile includes key characteristics, skills, and experience essential for the effective completion of the process. We will present our understanding of your requirements and confirm whether it aligns with your expectations.
  • At this stage, you will also establish the terms of collaboration with your advisor, such as who should be involved in the process on your side, to whom we should send recommendations, how much time you need for feedback, how many recruitment stages you anticipate on your side, and when you can expect reports and updates from us.

Recruitment
  • This stage technically begins once the offer is accepted, but you can expect the first recommendations after signing the contract.
  • At this point, 100% of the engagement is on our side. You can read more about our working methodology here.
  • Our team searches for potential candidates, conducts initial interviews with them, and decides whether to invite specific individuals to the next stage. We then schedule recruitment interviews, after which we decide whether to recommend the candidates for the specified position.

Sending recommendations and reports
  • We are the only ones who GUARANTEE that within 5 to 10 business days from the order signing, you will receive the first recommendations from our side.
  • Depending on the position, we send up to 3 recommendations for a specified role.
  • • We provide you with the candidate’s CV along with a detailed recommendation report, which includes information such as: a comprehensive comment on the employment history, reasons for leaving previous positions, description of soft skills, availability, training, language skills, financial expectations, and other relevant aspects from the perspective of the given profile.
  • You decide which of the recommended individuals you want to meet.
  • In the meantime, you can expect detailed reports on the progress of the recruitment process.

Interviews with the Client
  • At this point, the leverage for achieving our common goal shifts to your side, as this is the stage where you meet with the candidates we have sent.
  • We provide full organizational support in scheduling, confirming meetings, and coordinating calendars.

Decision
  • After the meetings, you decide whether any of the presented candidates is the one to whom you will extend a job offer.
  • YES: You proceed to the stage of making a job offer to the selected candidate.
  • NO: We continue the recruitment process, updating your expectations.

Negotiations and Job Offer
  • After agreeing on the terms, your company presents the job offer to the candidate.
  • Candidate says YES: acceptance of the offer, signing of the letter of intent, signing of the contract. The recruitment process is considered complete.
  • Candidate says NO: we continue the recruitment process.

Completion of the recruitment process
  • After the candidate accepts the offer, we consider the recruitment process complete, and only at this point do we issue the invoice.

Guarantee
  • Every candidate hired through us is covered by a guarantee. The length of this guarantee is determined individually during the offer process. This means that if either party resigns or does not wish to continue employment during the guarantee period, we will search for another candidate at no additional cost.
